What's new in Sales and Service Cloud V2?

Sales and Service Cloud V2 is not a simple update that can be ‘installed’, but rather a completely new, cloud-native software. It is based on a microservice architecture that relies on side-by-side developments in line with a ‘clean core’ strategy. In short, the technological basis of Sales and Service Cloud V1 is no longer compatible with V2. Nevertheless, a changeover is possible, and SAP offers a transition path for this.
