Our additional services - an additional incentive

For each permanent employee, UNIORG pays a fixed monthly contribution into a pension insurance fund of Allianz Pensionskasse AG. After five years of service, this automatically becomes the property of the employee upon leaving the company (vesting). In addition, you have the option of paying into a pension insurance policy of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG as part of a salary conversion.

All entitled employees are given the opportunity to use a company car. The categories and price ranges are defined in our UNIORG company car regulations. Of course, the company car is also available for private use by you and your partner.

Each consultant receives a company mobile phone for his business calls, which is also used for the e-mail push service.

The basic equipment of our employees naturally includes a modern notebook with all necessary programs and functions.
