Thanks to the use of UNIORG smart MDE, your office staff have an overview of all important information and figures in their familiar SAP Business One system. They know exactly where your product is, how many items you still have in stock and which orders may have just arrived and are in the QA warehouse for inspection.
Your bookings are recorded directly at the point of origin using mobile data capture via handheld scanner, tablet or smartphone and transferred to the ERP system in real time. This enables you to trace the goods at any time and place orders precisely and in line with demand.
Rough estimates, manual recounting and ‘waiting for the annual inventory’ are no longer necessary. Instead, automation and comprehensive knowledge are made possible by capturing up-to-date and reliable data. With our mobile data collection, data can be processed securely and correctly by scanning barcodes (e.g. EAN) or reading transponders (NFC/RFID).
We do not force you to establish scanning processes that cannot be implemented in practice in your company. How often do incoming deliveries not contain any barcode information at all? No problem with UNIORG smart MDE! Our app for incoming goods clearly shows the employee which products are expected based on your order. The quantities delivered can now be checked and the number of items received can be confirmed very easily by entering them on the touch display. This means that goods receipts can be carried out very quickly and with a low error potential, even without scanning. Adding the goods receipt document can automatically generate the printout of your own barcode labels. This allows you to carry out further processes such as stock transfers, removal for production or subsequent picking simply and securely by scanning.
UNIORG smart MDE is licensed per user and can be used on standard HTML5-compatible end devices. Thanks to its responsive design, the application adapts to the resolution of the device and therefore always provides an optimised user experience. Individual apps, such as ‘Pack delivery’, require use in landscape format for intuitive operation. For these apps, we recommend using them on a tablet or a monitor with touch function. They can be provided as a local installation in your SAP Business One environment (licence purchase) or as a cloud product (SaaS, provision fee) via our UNIORG Cloud. The connection to your SAP Business One system is extremely simple and possible for both versions – SAP Business One in the version for SAP HANA and for Microsoft SQL. Depending on the scope of your planned solution, we offer various deployment and onboarding packages.
