The aim of a comprehensive reorganisation of existing processes based on best practices at ALL4GOLF was to create a reliable database for scalable day-to-day business and the upcoming season. In a period of just 15 months, all key end-to-end processes were optimised – from sales, purchasing and finishing to the internal movement of goods with purchase-to-pay processes with customer-specific articles as well as product-specific returns and purchase-to-pay processes.
Faster transactions in accounting and controlling lead to an improvement in cash flow. An automatic transfer of webshop orders with consistency and rule checks ensures increased processing speed and therefore a high level of customer satisfaction. ALL4GOLF also created an improved customer experience through the sales integration of external golf professionals: orders can be recorded on site using mobile data capture and transferred directly to the customer from local warehouses.
The company’s performance can be comprehensively visualised and evaluated in real time using analysis data, making it a key supporting part of the Group’s reporting.
