Tennis-Point is the leading online store for tennis products in Germany and one of the largest online tennis stores in Europe. The company was founded in 1999 and today employs over 300 people. Tennis-Point has been a mail-order company since 2018 and offers a wide range of tennis products across all brands, which are displayed in detail for customers in the online store. Whether in the store in Berlin, Hamburg, Münster, by phone or in the online store – Tennis-Point offers its customers a comprehensive shopping experience from anywhere – and now in six languages. Master data such as articles, stocks, customers, suppliers and accounting information are managed centrally in SAP Business One and synchronized with the online store. The customer orders from the product range and a sales order is created from the online store in the background in SAP Business One at the click of a mouse. The customer receives an e-mail confirmation from the online store and a delivery bill and invoice with the delivery from SAP Business One. “We can track incoming payments and accounting information at the touch of a button,” says Christian Miele, Managing Director of Tennispoint.a part of the Signa Sports United Group.
