Herrengut St. Martin

Consulat des Weins is not just a wine retailer—the business model of this family-run enterprise, owned by the Schneider family, combines a winery, direct sales, a restaurant, a hotel, and a wine shop. It all began with their own vineyards: the wines come from their estate, St. Martin.

In addition to the Herrengut estate in St. Martin, the Schneider family operates a second winery, Vinification Ludwigshöhe, which is the only winery in Germany dedicated exclusively to producing cuvée wines. In addition to direct sales through two retail stores and online shipping via DHL, the wines are delivered directly to end consumers as well as to hotels and restaurants.
