The company

As a leading manufacturer of standardized, modular quality standard parts and individually planned hot runner systems, HASCO has been offering innovative and economical solutions for designers, mold makers and injection molders from a single source since it was founded in Lüdenscheid in 1924. The full range for mold making comprises more than 100,000 products from a single source. Around 700 employees at 35 locations worldwide work with customers on the standards of tomorrow.

About the project

As a medium-sized company, HASCO produces and sells its products worldwide in 35 different national companies with 700 employees. With products becoming ever more complex and the number of product variants increasing, it is essential to harmonize global company processes in order to be able to react quickly to changing markets. Transparency in the processes of the individual national companies is essential. The existing IT landscape only met these requirements to a limited extent. This is why two national companies, the USA and Canada, were launched, whose complex tax legislation had to be given special consideration during the ERP rollout. Despite this complexity and high remote requirements, both countries went live within just six months. The average response time for email inquiries from customers is a maximum of two hours. To ensure that this remains the case even with an increasing number of customers and to ensure competitiveness, HASCO also opted for mobile sales software that gives employees more time for individual customer advice.
