About the project

High process requirements in TARGA customers’ projects lead to complex project management with many milestones. The complete mapping of all sub-steps, including commercial information, is of great importance for the success of the company. Especially when cost pressure is high, processes must remain lean. IT plays an important role in this with automated interfaces.
As the separation from the former parent company was foreseeable, TARGA GmbH wanted to proactively manage the change process in SAP.
