FAQs about the application process
How can I tell if a position has already been filled?

We update our job advertisements regularly, so all positions advertised on our careers pages are still vacant.

As a rule, our vacancies are to be filled at the earliest possible date. We will, of course, take your notice period and availability into account.

We are happy to accept speculative applications. In this case, we will forward your application to the relevant department and check whether there is a suitable position for you. A corresponding job advertisement is posted on our website.

A complete application from you speeds up the application process, as we can forward your documents to the relevant departments immediately. In addition to a cover letter (including notice period and salary expectations) and a CV, your application should also include relevant references.

We will review your application together with the relevant department in order to make an initial assessment. We typically do this within 5 working days.

First, the relevant department reviews your submitted documents. If you are suitable, we will then invite you to a structured interview to find out whether you are a good fit for the advertised position and UNIORG. For certain positions, we also conduct second interviews to get a more comprehensive picture of you. You will receive feedback from us a few days after the interview.
