UNIORG Mobile Service for Your Technical Field Service

With constantly changing markets and growing competition, good products are no longer enough to create lasting customer relationships. The key factors are not only good conditions and high quality, but also additional services such as a mobile service workforce. UNIORG’s Mobile Service solution lays an optimal foundation for process-centric and data-based integration of the mobile service workforce into your SAP system. The goal is to reduce the costs and increase the quality of your service management by optimizing:

  • Order management
  • Time management
  • Materials management
  • Management of customer systems (equipment)

Overview of UNIORG Mobile Service

Materials planning and planning of service calls are performed in the SAP system. Afterwards, the order-related information is automatically sent to the service technician. The client is installed on the service technician’s mobile device (notebook, tablet PC or smartphone), allowing master data and order-related data (e.g. times, material consumption, customer and system information), as well as freely assignable information, to be entered on-the-go regardless of the location, run time and availability of the SAP system, and synchronized with the headquarters via the Internet (mobile phone/GPRS) or intranet. The messages and orders to be processed are planned centrally in the SAP system (CS/PM), and can then be sent either automatically or manually to the technician. If multiple technicians are working on one service order (order operations), all of them receive the necessary information. The Management Console integrated into the SAP RSystem allows all data entered to be released and corrected centrally. The spare parts and/or consumables recorded in the work record are processed further so that they can be planned right in the warehouse and sent to the employee or customer. Freely definable customer documents can be printed right on site and automatically archived in the SAP document management system. This means that all the information needed for later invoicing is available in the system.
