Since 2012 EJOT, based in Bad Berleburg, has used SAP CRM 7.1 (7.0 EhP3). In order to bring mobile connectivity to the field sales team, the company decided to implement SAP Fiori for SAP CRM with UNIORG as the implementation partner. SAP Fiori is not only suitable for mobile devices like tablets and smartphones, but also equally for notebooks or desktop computers (responsive design).
Already in standard design, field staff have quick access to customers and contacts they are responsible for and an overview of their meetings in a calendar. The service will be rounded off with tasks specific to the staff member. Following standard functionalities that have now been implemented, customer-specific add-ons are planned for the near future. These include for example supplementary information from SAP ERP 6.0 Backend and the mobile provision of offers administered in SAP CRM for field staff.
